Our weekly lettings start on Saturday 17-00 hours until Saturday 10-00 hours, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
The number of guests in each cottage cannot exceed the one originally contracted for according to our cottages description. Our rents include, electricity, water, gas, all taxes at the exception of the Stay Tax (0.6 € per adult and per day). Fuel & electricity for heating are charged separately at winter time.
Letting prices include neither the cost for renting house linen nor the cost for cottage cleaning at the end of stay.

A security deposit cheque amounting to 25 % of the total letting cost is requested at the time of initial reservation (by e-mail or telephone). As soon as the security deposit cheque has been received, the initial reservation becomes a firm reservation..

The security deposit cheque will not be cashed and will be returned at the time of departure from La Mothe.

It could only be cashed into two very unlikely circumstances: Cancellation of the visit, taking place within 2 weeks prior to the date of arrival at la Mothe, damages caused to the property or its content.

The total price is due on arrival..
