The front of the Manor presents on each side 2 totally independent wings.
The three cottages are located in the East wing.
The living room of le Parc opens on a terrace facing the park of the manor. The front door gives access to a second terrace, part of the new garden.

La Prairie & le Verger are located in the same wing but their front doors are at either a sufficient distance or part of a wall facing a different direction to provide a real privacy to each of these cottages.

The 3 cottages can communicate with each other through doors located at the ground floor level. La Mothe is the name given to this entity made of the addition of the 3cottages which can then accept up to 17 people.

In the near future, each cottage will have free access to Internet (wide band) through WIFI.

A 6000 m² garden has been implemented. It includes a swimming pool (10X5 m) strictly reserved to the tenants of our cottages, play areas & different trees including fruit trees.

Le Parc
(Sleeps 7/8, 150 M², 4 bedrooms, 2 Bath/shower-rooms, 2 separate toilets, central heating)
     


The Groundfloor :

- A spacious (40m²) and comfortable living-room with very high airy ceiling, with beautiful paving stones, old wooden beams and a fully operational 18th century old fireplace.
The living-room opens on a terrace with outdoor furnitures and a barbecue, facing the garden.
- A fully equipped kitchen (gaz cooker & oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing-machine and dishwasher).
The warm colour of the walls, a simple but sophisticated decoration with ancient furnitures, hi-fi stereo set and satellite TV contribute to create a comfortable, elegant and warm character to this room.
- A double bedroom.
- A shower-room with shower and handbasin.

The first floor :

- A large (22 m²) double bedroom with a possible additionnal single bed for a child.
- A small bedroom with one single bed.
- A double bedroom.
- A bathroom with handbasin and separate toilets.

- 3 double bedrooms overlooking the central courtyard or the Charente valley.

  Adjoining Le Parc & La Prairie this cottage has a terrace which is located on the opposite side of the 2 other lodgings, and is laid out as follows :

The Groundfloor :

- A large (50 m²) living/dining-room opening on a terrace with outdoor furnitures and barbecue. In order to provide more privacy to the guest, this terrace is fenced with hedges on two sides, the third side faces the garden and the pool.This living room is set in the same spirit as for Le Parc: comfort, elegance and cozy atmosphere.

- A fully equipped kitchen (gaz cooker & oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing-machine and dishwasher, plus a utility room).
- A separate toilets.

The first floor :

- 2 double bedrooms overviewing the central courtyard or the Charente valley.
